These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of SnapBook AI’s services and website. By engaging SnapBook AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

- SnapBook AI provides:

- Instant SMS lead response

- Automated lead qualification

- Appointment booking into client calendars

- Rescheduling automation

- Related integration and setup services

We do not provide lead generation services unless explicitly agreed in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate business information.

Maintain lawful consent for SMS and communication with their customers.

Ensure compliance with Australian communications and privacy regulations.

Respond to booked appointments appropriately.

Honour confirmed bookings.

SnapBook AI is not responsible for the Client’s internal operations, service delivery, pricing, or closing of jobs.

4. SMS & Communication Compliance

The Client is responsible for ensuring that:

- All leads have provided lawful opt-in consent where required.

- Website forms include appropriate consent language.

- Communication practices comply with relevant spam and telecommunications laws.

- SnapBook AI is not liable for misuse of messaging systems by the Client.

5. Fees and Payment

Service fees are outlined in the Client’s agreement or proposal.

Unless otherwise stated:

- Fees are payable monthly in advance.

- Payments are non-refundable once services are active.

- Trial periods (if offered) must be clearly agreed in writing.

- Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice in accordance with the agreed notice period.

Upon termination:

- Access to systems will be removed.

- Automations may be deactivated.

- Outstanding payments remain due.
